To get started you need to go online to www.logmein.com from there you need to register for a free account. Once you create an account you will be able to download the software. Once downloaded, you will be able to install software on the computer that you want to be able to remote into. The good thing about the setup is that you do not need any extra setting since the software will configure your Windows firewall to allow the connection to your computer and that you don't need to configure any port forwarding on your network router to your computer(if one is present) like other VNC software. At the end on the installation you will be prompted to enter your login information then you will be done on the computer end. The last step would be to use a different computer either in the same network or around the world and log into www.logmein.com, from there you will have the option to log into your host computer. Two clicks later and after typing in your windows password you will be in full control of the host computer.
